Over the past few months, the Project Consent team has tirelessly been working on plans for 2019 which we are excited to share with you all over the next 12 months. One of our major projects was to revamp our website and after months of planning, we finally debuted our brand new website this past week! As an organization, we are continually evolving and we felt that our website needed a revamp to match our new look for 2019.

Project Consent prides itself in being a global organization and as such, we want to ensure that we are supporting survivors around the world. This year, we will be expanding our resources page to feature resources that can be accessed in different countries.

In addition to expanding our resources page, we are also expanding on our community department! In 2018, our editorial department shut down and we promised that we would open up new content avenues on our website and we are excited to do so with this new initiative.  We are accepting any original work - art, poetry, photography, articles, video - to feature on our website and social media and individuals can submit work to our community director at or under the submit tab!

We are also thrilled to announce our new program, Project Together! This new program gives survivors and supporters the opportunity to bring Project Consent to their own communities by hosting healing workshops. We would not exist without the support of our community and we believe that this program will give individuals the opportunity to vocalize their beliefs to make a change in their own communities. For more information regarding this initiative or how to host your own workshop, visit our community tab.

This year, we are focusing on strengthening and growing our community. We are asking our supporters to help us with this goal whether it’s contributing to Project Consent by sending in submissions or hosting a healing workshop in your own community.  We cannot wait to see your submissions and work with you on a Project Together event!

During the past few months, Project Consent has undergone many changes and we look forward to continuing this new chapter. We want to thank everyone for their support over the past five years and we look forward to working on more initiatives to reach more individuals this upcoming year. Be on the lookout for new projects, collaborations, and many more!

Project Consent is ready to tackle this new year using the same rules with your help!
